Delivery Time

(When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and where in the World you want the parcel sent to. After placing your order, you will be able to see the progress of your order in the order confirmation email and order summary in Your Account.)

Calculating Cost

Postage costs for orders from innerscents.co.uk depend upon where we will be posting to. Please note that rates are weight-based. The weight of items (where applicable) is shown when you add an item to the shopping basket.

Please recycle our packaging materials, and all glass bottles and jars.

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Innerscents.co.uk within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return post office/shipper. We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Exceptions to our returns policy rules - Items that are Not Returnable

Please note the following items are not returnable for personal health and hygiene reasons :

• Sleep pillows
• Eye cushions
• Lipbalms

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email support at customercare@innerscents.co.uk to request a replacement.
